General Info

How should I go about scheduling a lesson?
You can either call us or come in and schedule it personally. Since our hours vary, we advise calling us on the phone. If the answering machine picks up, don't worry -- we may be occupied giving lessons. We check our messages multiple times a day, so we'll be sure to call you back promptly.

How do I know which instructor I should schedule with?
All of our instructors have gone through expert training. They are all extremely well-qualified and are exceptional at what they do. Certain instructors, however, are more suited to certain ages, skill levels, or positions. When you call or drop in to schedule, any member of our staff can help you select the right instructor for your needs.

How do I enroll in the college prep program?
If you are an existing student, simply talk to your instructor about your desire to enroll. If you are new to the All American Softball School, simply give us a call and let us know you'd like to set up a consultation. We like to talk with you and evaluate the athlete's skill level first so as to ensure success in the program.

What if I don't have a bat to take lessons with?
Not to fear. We've got tons. We also provide helmets, batting gloves, and any other gear you may need to borrow.

What kind of shoes should I wear -- tennis shoes or cleats?
Our facility is indoors, so wear tennis shoes. Just because we're indoors, though, doesn't mean we don't get tough. Make sure your shoes are comfortable and designed for athletic purposes. No sandals allowed!

What if I don't seem to click with a certain instructor -- can I switch?
We always want you to be happy and get the most out of your lesson as possible. We understand if you for some reason just don't click with a certain instructor, and we won't be the least bit offended if you want to try switching to a different member of our staff. Don't hesitate to ask or schedule with a different instructor.

Can parents/guardians/friends watch?
Of course. There is limited room for viewing, but you're more than welcome and we have plenty of chairs. We encourage all parents/guardians/friends to come watch and support their athlete. Also, if you're able, we really appreciate it when spectators feed balls into the machine. It really helps us out by allowing us to fully concentrate on the athlete. This is, however, completely nonessential.

Can I come to my lesson alone?
Of course. Although we appreciate someone coming to help feed balls or warm up the athlete's arm, it is completely fine to come without a helper.

Is your facility air conditioned?
Yes, we now have an air-conditioned facility!

How does the Pro Shop site work?

Shopping is easy! You can shop for items from the comfort of your own home and still get the same great products you would find in our stores. Just select the item you would like and follow the check out instructions, we will ship your items to you or you can choose to pick them up in the stores. Payment methods include Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

What if I have a question when I am ordering online?

Can you order a product for me if you don't normally carry it?
Of course.

Can I order team uniforms through you?
Yes, of course.

Do you have bats and/or other equipment I can try before I buy?
We sure do. We demo almost all the bats we carry in the pro shop. Anything you want to try, just ask, and we'll see what we can do.
